Booking Conditions
1 - RENTAL PERIOD
Locations: living free nights with choice of days of arrival and departure (subject to availability). Arrivals start from 15h, departures are between 08h and 10h.
Accommodation: The rental is leased from 15h, departures are between 08h and 10h. The number of tenants accommodation must not be exceeded (children / babies included).
2 - RESERVATION
The reservation becomes effective only after our agreement and receipt of the contract duly filled along with the required deposit + € 9 fee to be borne by the customer. The contract is personal and can not be transferred (statutory withdrawal period of 14 days).
Locations and accommodations are awarded without distinction. Nevertheless, we try to accommodate your preferences.
3 - DEPOSIT (Locations and Accommodation)
30% of the total amount of stay for reservations made more than 30 days before the date of arrival in the contract.
100% of the total amount of stay for reservations made less than 30 days before the date of arrival in the contract.
Payment methods accepted for deposit payment: check, money order.
4 - PAYMENT balance
Accommodation: The amount of stay is payable in full 30 days before your arrival date. If your payment has not arrived within this time, your reservation will be canceled and the deposit not refunded.
Locations: The course fee is payable in full on the day of arrival in cash or credit card, checks are only accepted 30 days before your arrival date.
5 - DEPOSIT
Rentals: A deposit of 300 € per accommodation will be paid by the tenant on the day of his arrival. This will be returned on the day of departure or by post after deducting any costs of remediation of the site and the value of the missing or damaged. The material of each rental is subject to inventory on arrival and departure of the tenant. The tenant is required to monitor and report on the day of any abnormality.
The sum of 90 € will be retained in the event that the rental was not cleaned on the day of departure.
6 - CANCELLATION and NON-OCCUPANCY
All cancellations must be confirmed by letter. No refunds will be accepted for early departure or no show on the day of the booking form. Therefore, the rental becomes available again to any other location.
No reduction or compensation will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure for any reason whatsoever
7 - REFUND
Cancellation Policy: 2 months before the date of arrival, 30% of the contract is due. Less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the contract is due. The fee is retained by the campsite.
8- RULES OF PROCEDURE
All customers are required to comply with the rules of the campsite and insurance liability. Any person present at the campsite must be registered on the rental contract (invoice).
